The Work of Leaders

In partnership with Learn SQUARE, we lead teams through The Work of Leaders®, which is a training and personalized learning experience that connects unique leadership styles to real world demands. It brings together best practices from 300 experts in over 150 organizations, and over four years of research and development to provide participants with an actionable path toward more effective leadership.

With one unified model of leadership—Vision, Alignment, and Execution—it helps leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.  During the training course, all the participants will take an online DiSC assessment and an online Working Genius assessment to determine their leadership strengths and areas for improvement. The course will be broken down into five modules that focus on best leadership practices.

Course Outline

  • Module 1: Your Areas of Genius

  • Module 2: The Fundamentals of Leadership

  • Module 3: Introduction to the Work of Leaders and Crafting a Vision

  • Module 4: Developing a Personal Leadership Vision

  • Module 5: Gaining Alignment and Championing Execution

  • Module 6: Action Planning

 The training is delivered in person, one module at a time, in the span of up to six months, for a total of 24 hours.

Human Resource Fundamentals

We deliver a curriculum focused on Human Resource Fundamentals. We are committed to helping HR teams create strong, sustainable HR practices. The HR Fundamentals Training Program delivers a flexible, social, and interactive learning experience that ensure new skills become routine. Students work through twelve (12) modules to discover and apply advanced HR methodology within the larger context of their organization’s business strategy. The HR Fundamentals Training Program uses real world examples and current trends to inform and educate on the next frontier of HR. This program is flexible and can be delivered through a 5 day program or monthly sessions.

Compensation Fundamentals

In today's dynamic and constantly changing world, total reward strategies, compensation philosophies and related programs must consider the external environment. It is critical that HR understand the total rewards strategy and the important components, such as compensation philosophy, pay ranges/bands, commission, incentive plans, and total rewards statements. This module focuses on the technical components and then builds on those existing relationships with managers so that total rewards strategies and business strategy can be aligned.

The Compensation Fundamentals Training Program delivers a flexible, social, and interactive learning experience that ensure new skills become routine. Students work through five (5) modules to discover and apply advanced Compensation methodology within the larger context of their organization’s business strategy. The training can be delivered in person with a course instructor over three and a half (3½) days or over a period of up to six (6) months.

Supervisory Fundamentals

The Supervisory Fundamentals training program is designed to equip both new and experienced supervisors with the essentials skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. This program spans across various key areas of supervisory responsibilities, providing participants with practical insights and actionable strategies to effectively lead teams, manage tasks, and foster a productive work environment.

This training program provides participants with a comprehensive toolkit to succeed in their supervisory roles. Students work through five (5) modules to discover and apply the methodology within the larger context of their organization’s business strategy. By the end of the program, learners will have gained the necessary skills to communicate effectively, manage tasks efficiently, lead team confidentiality, and create a positive and productive work environment. This program empowers supervisors to excel in their responsibilities, contribute to the organization’s success, and drive the growth and development of their teams.
