Vivianne Bridgeman, Founder and CEO of Stratagem Business Consulting Inc. is a Human Resource Executive who is not your “typical” HR professional. She has over 25 years of experience in the North American, Middle East and Caspian regions holding senior leadership positions in the Oil & Gas / Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, Security Services, Snow Sports, and Not for Profit sectors.
Having successfully developed and implemented programs in multiple industries and countries, Vivianne is passionate about aligning people strategy to short- and long-term business objectives so that business perform. She will help you transform your leadership team and culture shift your HR from transactional to strategic. Rebuilding, realigning and reinventing HR to drive strategic change across people, processes and structures.
Vivianne regularly volunteers in her community and sits on various Boards. Vivianne holds an MBA in Executive Management with a major in Management Consulting and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching, both from Royal Roads University. She is a sessional instructor in both the MBA and MGM Programs at Royal Roads University and in the Bachelor of Management program at Concordia University of Edmonton.
Vivianne approaches life with a sense of curiosity, passion, and adventure. Recognized as a pragmatic leader, she is enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
